In order to develop wellness of being or flow state I teach from the Four Pillars of Optimal Being.  It is through an alignment or integration of all four that we can explore our limits and grow:

  • Physically & Sustainably Fit (healthy lifestyle: good food, sleep and regular exercise)
  • Emotionally Sound (emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management...)
  • Mentally Focused (attention training, mindfulness, meditation)
  • Purpose & Meaning (you know why you do what you do; it makes sense)

Ask yourself "how am I leading my life?"--what responses do you hear?  How do you want to show up everyday?  How do you feel now--your energy levels, your emotional connection with others, your body, your mind...? Do you dare to take that first step now and actively pursue a sustainable lifestyle ?
